Adm. Frank “Mitch” Bradley told lawmakers he never received a “kill them all” order as Congress, after viewing footage of 2 stranded, shirtless survivors being killed in a follow-up missile strike, escalated its investigation into DJT’s legally disputed military campaign against alleged Venezuelan drug boats. Bradley says he deemed the 2 survivors of the Sept. 2 drug-boat strike to be legitimate narco-terrorist targets based on their alleged post-strike communications with a “mothership.” See more.

Because I'm a daughter of New Orleans, this newsletter will always hold space for home. Here's a quick legal update from the Bayou State:
🔗 Young Marrero mother, a US citizen, recalls being chased by Border Patrol in viral confrontation
🔗 Kenner police block cars from following Border Patrol Commander Gregory Bovino and his agents
DHS said Border Patrol agents mistakenly chased a Marrero (suburbs of Nola) woman during a targeted immigration sweep, but her family disputes the account and says agents never identified themselves; she was one of several US Citizens ‘mistakenly’ targeted in under 3 days.
Kenner (suburbs of Nola) police briefly blocked roads so Border Patrol chief Gregory Bovino and his agents could break away from about 30 cars following and filming their operations, after crowds trailed and confronted them during searches in local neighborhoods. See more.
